Plus tard, il d\u00e9couvre la relation entre certaines <strong>activit\u00e9s mentales<\/strong> et les <strong>variations du signal \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> \u00e9mis par le cerveau dans certaines <strong>bandes de fr\u00e9quences<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1958, Joseph Kamiya, professeur \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Chicago, entra\u00eene un volontaire \u00e0 \u00e9mettre des ondes alpha (8-13 Hz) et confirme ainsi la capacit\u00e9 de <strong>contr\u00f4ler ses propres<\/strong> <strong>ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1968, Barry Sterman de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Los Angeles, d\u00e9couvre que le neurofeedback agit sur le nombre de <strong>crises d&rsquo;\u00e9pilepsie<\/strong> chez des sujets humains, suite \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences en collaboration avec la NASA. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes scientifiques ont depuis confirm\u00e9 ses r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les ann\u00e9es 70 et 80 apparurent les bases de donn\u00e9es normatives qui permettent de comparer les signaux c\u00e9r\u00e9braux d&rsquo;un individu \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre afin d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir un lien entre <strong>signaux c\u00e9r\u00e9braux<\/strong> particuliers et sympt\u00f4mes divers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 1989, deux chercheurs am\u00e9ricains Eug\u00e8ne P\u00e9niston et Paul Kulkosky \u00e9laborent le premier protocole de Neurofeedback sp\u00e9cifique qu\u2019ils appliquent aux v\u00e9t\u00e9rans du Vietnam pour traiter le <strong>syndrome de stress post-traumatique<\/strong>. Le r\u00e9sultat fut un succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puis, de nombreuses m\u00e9thodes sont apparues au fil du temps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"473\" height=\"106\" src=\"https:\/\/yvelines-neurofeedback.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Temps.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-376\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yvelines-neurofeedback.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Temps.png 473w, https:\/\/yvelines-neurofeedback.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Temps-300x67.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 473px) 100vw, 473px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp; <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir beaucoup travaill\u00e9 sur les appareils de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, <strong>Val et Sue Brown<\/strong>, cr\u00e9ent en 2001 le syst\u00e8me le plus avanc\u00e9 : <strong>Neurofeedback \/ NeurOptimal\u00ae<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette m\u00e9thode, le <strong>proc\u00e9d\u00e9 est 100% naturel<\/strong> et <strong>n\u2019impose rien au cerveau<\/strong>, contrairement aux pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents appareils.
